For 2016, a Shelby GT350 model joins the Mustang lineup with a high-performance 5.2-liter V8 engine featuring a flat-plane crank. Apart from that, 2016 Mustangs receive hood vent-integrated turn signals and Ford's SYNC 3 enhanced voice recognition communications and entertainment system, as well as new options packages.
