The Ford Expedition is powered by a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 and offers seating for up to eight. An extended wheelbase version with expanded trunk space is available, as is all-wheel-drive.

For 2020, the Ford Expedition comes standard with Ford's Co-Pilot360 safety suite that forward collision mitigation system with pedestrian etection, blind spot alert, lane departure warning, automatic high-beam headlights, and rear cross-traffic alert. Platinum trims further upgrade to adaptive cruise control, voice activated navigation, leather-wrapped interior surfaces, and USB charging ports. The latter are also standard on Limited trims. In addition, a new King Ranch trim joins lineup below the Platinum trim.
