Powered by smooth 6-cylinder engines driving the rear-wheels, the BMW 1-Series offers excellent performance and handling.
For 2011, the former twin-turbocharged engine is replaced by a single-turbocharged 3.0L 6-cylinder that is more fuel-efficient but produces the same output as the old engine.
In addition, a dual-clutch transmission is now available on the BMW 135i.
