After a slight restyle of the front and rear-end and the addition of a sportier XRS model for 2005, the 2006 Toyota Corolla line-up carries over with no significant changes.

For 2005, all Corollas receive a new front fashia and taillamps. Side curtain airbags with seat-mounted side airbags and ESC are optional. Powered by a 170hp engine, the new XRS features a sport-tuned suspension, 16 in. alloy wheels, and a sportier exterior and interior.
