For 2009, the Audi Q7 lineup is expanded by a 3.0L Turbo-Diesel (TDI) version which offers excellent fuel-economy. The TDI produces 225 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque and comes equipped equal to the 3.6 V6 models.

Except for the Diesel, changes for 2009 are limited to slight alterations to the trim levels and options.
