The Ford Explorer Sport Trac is all-new for 2007. Based on the Explorer SUV platform, Ford calls the Sport Trac a Sport Utility Truck, i.e. an SUV with a cargo bed. In reality, it is nothing more than a mid-size truck with a Crew Cab cabin offering seating for five. The Sport Trac features a roomy interior and handles quite well.

Thanks to a new pricing structure, the 2006 Explorer is less expensive than its predecessor in most cases and remains a great value in this class.
