For 2011, the Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon, introduced in late 2010, comes in CTS-V trim powered by a supercharged V8. All models receive revised fender vents and inside rearview mirrors. A rear-vision camera is now standard on the CTS-V sedan and available on all other sedan models. Also available on CTS sedans is a heated steering-wheel, while new 19-inch all-season tires and wheels are available on all models.

All-new for 2010, a Sport Wagon version of the CTS is available.

The 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon is basically identical to the sedan but features a larger trunk of 25.4 cu-ft. Similar to the sedan, all-wheel-drive is an option, whereas a manual transmission is not available.

For 2010, the Cadillac CTS receives a new 3.0-liter base engine instead of the previous base 3.6-liter V6. The 2010 Cadillac CTS models come with new features such as 19-inch polished alloy wheels with 245/45ZR19 tires, an air filtration system that takes care of cabin odors, a suede-trimmed steering-wheel, a wood trim package for the CTS-V, along with new colors and repackaging of the options.

For 2009, the high-performance CTS-V that was dropped with the 2008 redesign returns. The 2009 Cadillac CTS-V comes powered by a Corvette-sourced 6.2-liter supercharged V8 and features unique exterior parts for a more aggressive look. Driving only the rear wheels, it offers exhilirating performance and excellent handling.
